Great bramble berry aromatics introduce an elegantly made wine from across several Soter estate vineyards certified, either organic or biodynamic. The aromas of turned earth compliment the blackberry-centred profile and are marked by a kiss of white pepper. The palate is lush and textured. Fresh berry fruits are outlined by a touch of pencil lead and wet slate that finishes with a lift and a peppery finish.

The 2021 Pinot Noir Estate pours a saturated youthful ruby-red and reveals well-balanced layers of aromas of scorched earth, pine resin, and preserved black cherry.
